In this episode, host Shaun is joined by atWork Australia's Registered Psychologist and Wellness Advisor, Sarah, to discuss anxiety.
We can all experience anxiety in different aspects of our lives and healthy anxiety can have a positive influence on performance. However, when anxiety reaches unhealthy levels, it can quickly become a serious mental heath concern.
Throughout this episode, Sarah breaks down the differences between health and unhealthy anxiety, identifies some of the warning signs and how we can best support a friend, family member, colleague or employee who might be experiencing anxiety.
